5-Fold Path to Everyday Happiness

1. Gratitude creates instant karma, and gets people to do things for you. 

2. One can either transcend the troubles of the day, or become the troubles of the day.  

3. Breathe deeply. Inhale, exhale. 

4. Daily reminders help us to follow the Dharma. 

5. Through meditation and visual cue, realize freedom from sorrow or happiness.
