Let it be known

Although my lunch/dinner meal-making abilities are rarely above mediocre, I must say I take certain pleasure in my delish breakfasts:
My creation yesterday: scrambled eggs with garlic, shallots, shiitake mushrooms and asiago cheese, Yerbamate tea with milk and honey, cranberry biscotti and toast.

This morning had my friend over to cook him and the BF brunch: pink and purple rosemary potatoes, eggs in a basket/toads in a hole topped with garlic and asiago cheese, and (of course) mimosas!

Not sure if starting the day with champagne was a good idea, seeing as my shift ends at 10PM tonight...
