I love press photos showing archetypal "CA IS BURNING!" images. Mostly of people not caring, doing annoying California things amidst the blazes, or just watching with their shirts off. The one below, by far, the best photo I have ever encountered, as it sums up southern California so well, and I think the photographer must be an "Arrested Development" fan:
