Sexual practices aside, I'm not someone who likes being dirty. I bathe often and wash my hands frequently. My first purchase upon entering La Guardia was for Purell. Imagine the surprise I felt upon realizing that after a day at work, a visit to Penn station, a ride on the F, G and 3 train followed by a stop at a Jamaican chicken place and usage of my roommate's computer I came home to devour a quarter chicken using my fingers, without first washing my hands. The revelation hit me as I sucked some barbecue sauce from my forefinger, and caused me to gag.
