I saw this picture in my weekly local concert announcement email and thought "Lordy, that is the most intense flautist I have seen in my life. He looks like he's going to fucking break your knees and then serenade you afterward."

Then found out it was Ian Anderson, the Scottish front man of the rock group Jethro Tull. Admittedly, as a flute-playing rocker, you probably have to look like you're going to cause physical harm to those around you all the time. Either that or be the coolest gay rocker ever [Freddie Mercury, flute style].
